Canadian Camper – Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for visiting Canadian Camper. Because we specialize in the sale of recreational vehicles, including motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, and campers, our return, cancellation, and refund policies comply with AMVIC regulations in Alberta.

All sales transactions and final purchase contracts are completed in person at our physical dealership location.

1. Vehicle Sales & Deliveries

  • No Returns, No Exchanges, No Cash Refunds: Once a vehicle purchase agreement is finalized, the bill of sale is signed, and the unit has left our dealership lot, the sale is final. We do not accept returns or exchanges or offer cash or credit refunds on motorized or towable recreational vehicles.

  • Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI): Every RV undergoes a rigorous pre-delivery inspection. We strongly encourage customers to perform a thorough walk-through with our team prior to taking delivery to ensure total satisfaction.

2. Order Deposits & Cancellations

If you place a financial deposit to hold or reserve a specific RV unit while financing or final paperwork is being processed, the following terms apply:

  • Deposit Cancellations: If you change your mind prior to signing the final bill of sale, you may cancel your reservation. Custom orders, direct factory orders, or deals identified as non-refundable are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

  • Refund of Deposits: Eligible cancelled deposits will be Fully Refundable. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days. Please contact your dedicated sales representative directly to initiate a deposit cancellation.

3. Warranties and Service

While we do not offer returns or refunds on vehicles, your purchase is protected by applicable warranties:

  • New RVs: All new inventory is backed strictly by the respective manufacturer’s structural and appliance warranties.

  • Used RVs: All pre-owned inventory is sold as-Is unless extended warranties are purchased at the time of sale. Any post-purchase mechanical or structural issues must be handled through our authorized Service Department in accordance with your warranty terms.
